Store policies for custom dog tags

Made to order

Every tag is stamped to order at the store. Custom tags are made to order and cannot be returned. What you type is what we print. Every tag is double checked before it ships or is picked up, and every shipment includes a copy of your order form.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged or the stamping does not match what you entered, call the store within 30 days and we will make it right. The store phone is (816) 452-2002.

Shipping

FedEx 2nd Day anywhere in the US is $6.50, free on orders over $50.00, and pickup at the store is free.

Pickup

Free pickup at the store in Kansas City. 434 NE 32nd St, Kansas City, MO 64116. Tuesday through Saturday, 10am to 6pm.

Payment

All payments run through Stripe hosted checkout. We never see or store card numbers. Listed prices do not include sales tax. Sales tax is added at checkout where applicable.

Privacy

Order details for unpaid checkouts are deleted from our systems after 72 hours.
