Embossed: Letters raised up out of the metal. Debossed: Letters pressed down into the metal. Every order is stamped one way or the other, and orders default to embossed. Embossed lettering is included in the price and debossed adds $3.00 each.

Custom tags are made to order and cannot be returned. What you type is what we print. Every tag is double checked before it ships or is picked up, and every shipment includes a copy of your order form. If your order arrives damaged or the stamping does not match what you entered, call the store within 30 days and we will make it right. Full details in the store policies.

Every tag is stamped to order at the store, so allow 1 to 2 business days on the bench before it ships. FedEx 2nd Day then takes about 2 business days. Pickup orders are ready at the end of the same bench time and we call you.
